Payment: All payments must be made out into US Dollars. Check or Credit Card payments via Pay Pal (verified), contact owner. Pay Pal is the preferred method of payment. Full payment must be received 45 days prior to arrival. Bookings less than 45 days from time of arrival payment must be made at time of booking and must be paid through Pay Pal or Western Union. All International travelers must use Pay Pal or Western Union if bookings fall within 60 days of arrival.

Our home is a smoke-free environment, Please feel free to smoke outside where ashtrays are provided. Please do not extinguish your cigarettes on the walls of the home or the pool decking. Thank you!

We also provide a pet free environment for those whom may have pet allergies.

A deposit of $250 per week to reserve the villa must be received within 7 days of booking villa plus the completed, signed booking form. Deposit can be paid through Pay Pal or via US mail. The $250 Deposit is required for us to block off your requested rental dates to prevent double booking. This deposit amount is non refundable as we are blocking off your requested dates in good faith of final payment.

A security damage deposit of $250 must be submitted with final payment. The security deposit will be returned 14 days via mail after the villa has been inspected by the management company where an inventory has been completed and is found to be in the same condition as when you arrived and/or with no excessive cleaning required .

Cancellation:

Cancellations Policy: Any cancellations of a booking by the client must be in writing and sent by certified mail and is subject to the following charges.

More than 45 days full refund minus deposit. 44 to 30 days 50% returned. Less than 30 days no refund.

ONLY registered guests are allowed in home. Any guests not registered will be asked to leave the premises.

**Optional pool heating of $ 25 per night booked. Recommended October through May (The night temperatures tend to drop quite a bit and the water temperature drops as well.)
