A deposit of $200 per week booked is required to secure booking.

The Florida Hotel tax of 12% will be added to all booking.

A refundable $250 security deposit is added to all bookings and is payable with final payment and returned 14 days after final inspection by our management company.

Optional pool heating of $25 per night booked. Recommended Oct to April.
